Jim began managing construction projects as a Combat Engineer Officer in the US Marine Corps out of college and then relocated his family to the Upstate in 2005 to begin his homebuilding career. Since that time, he has worked in numerous roles  across the industry while building over 200 custom and production homes. Jim loves walking through the process with clients turning their dream into a reality. He takes a hands-on approach throughout the process to ensure each detail is executed well and with excellence in mind. Our commitment and focus on Design, Craftsmanship and Beauty are evident in every home we build.

Jim and his family have lived in Travelers Rest since 2005 and are members of Redeemer PCA. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time his wife Judy Kay and their 6 children. Their family loves hiking, fishing, snowboarding or just about anything else to get out and enjoy the outdoors.
